Purchased as a completed estate, Pacific Palms was sold primarily as vacant land, whereby purchasers were given the option to also enter into an agreement for house and land packages in association with and built by Bob Warren Homes. Wardell Corporation Group stimulated demand in the area, based on the relatively low prices.

The Wardell Corporation Group purchased a long term holding property at Denning Road, Bracken Ridge. Based on a land size over 17 hectares, the property was subsequently rezoned and sold to Villa World Limited, who completed the now existing residential development.
